If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, materially different from the item ordered, or otherwise legally non-conforming, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photographs of the artwork, close-ups of the issue, and packaging photographs where relevant.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a free replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution.

This promise does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Your artwork is protected by our 30-Day Quality Promise if it arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, materially different from the item ordered, or otherwise legally non-conforming and the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Because each canvas is made to order, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for customers in the United States or outside the European Union unless required by applicable law.

EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or legally non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
