Last updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of thecelestialhours.com and purchases made from The Celestial Hours.

The website is operated by Arturo González García, trading as The Celestial Hours, established in Cáceres, Spain, with NIF 47708579R.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.

1. Who we are

The Celestial Hours is an online store selling celestial wall art and related products.

Business operator:

Email: contact@thecelestialhours.com

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the website or place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3. Products

The Celestial Hours sells celestial wall art produced on demand.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our current product format is a vertically oriented gallery-wrapped canvas measuring 45 × 60 cm, approximately 18 × 24 inches.

Product specifications may include:

• Gallery-wrapped canvas
• Vertical 3:4 artwork format
• Approximate size: 45 × 60 cm / 18 × 24 inches
• Approximate gallery-wrap edge: 3.8 cm / 1.5 inches
• Ready-to-hang format, where stated on the product page

Please rely on the written product title, description, dimensions, and specifications before purchasing.

4. Product images, mockups, and scale

Product photographs, lifestyle images, interior mockups, digital previews, and room scenes are provided to help represent the artwork and its style.

The apparent size of the artwork within a room image may not be perfectly to scale.

Frames, furniture, props, plants, candles, books, or other decorative objects shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

Please review the written product measurements and specifications before placing an order.

5. Made-to-order production

Products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed. Once production begins, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Made-to-order production does not limit any statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, non-conforming, or eligible withdrawal returns.

6. Product appearance and colour variation

We take reasonable care to present colours, contrast, composition, and details accurately.

However, the final printed product may differ slightly from its screen representation because of:

• Screen brightness and calibration
• Device colour settings
• Printing processes
• Ink and material variation
• The texture and absorbency of canvas
• Lighting conditions where the product is displayed
• Cropping or wrapping required for the gallery-wrapped edge
• Minor production tolerances

Minor differences that do not affect the conformity, quality, or essential appearance of the product are not considered defects.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have if a product is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or not as ordered.

7. Artistic and spiritual content

References to astrology, celestial symbols, tarot archetypes, manifestation, wellness, spirituality, ritual, lunar phases, or similar themes are artistic, symbolic, and decorative.

Our products, descriptions, imagery, and marketing content do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, religious, therapeutic, or other professional advice.

We do not promise or guarantee spiritual, emotional, financial, therapeutic, personal, or life outcomes from purchasing, displaying, or using any artwork.

8. Prices and currencies

Prices are displayed in the currency associated with the customer’s selected market, location, or checkout settings.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and any other applicable costs will be displayed at checkout where required and where technically available.

You are responsible for reviewing the final total before submitting payment.

9. Taxes, customs, and import duties

Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the rules of the relevant market.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may be imposed by your country or local authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed after purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import inspections, or local authorities.

10. Payments

Payment must be completed using one of the methods offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another authorised payment provider.

We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

We may cancel, reject, or place an order on hold if:

• Payment is declined or reversed
• The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised
• Required information is incomplete or inaccurate
• The order violates these Terms
• A pricing, technical, inventory, fulfilment, or availability error has occurred
• We are unable to deliver to the requested address or region
• Legal or regulatory restrictions apply

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item, unless we are legally entitled to withhold payment due to fraud, chargeback abuse, or another lawful reason.

11. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming it for production, sending a shipping confirmation, or otherwise confirming acceptance.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Production or delivery restrictions
• Obvious pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory restrictions
• Technical errors affecting the order

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item.

12. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We aim to provide realistic production and delivery estimates. However, delivery may be affected by production capacity, carrier performance, customs, weather, peak-season congestion, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy, we may contact you with updated information.

Where required by applicable law, you may have the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund if the order has not yet shipped.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer right relating to delivery, cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, replacement, or refund.

13. Delivery address and failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please review your:

• Name
• Street address
• Apartment, unit, or building number
• City
• State, province, or region
• Postal or ZIP code
• Country
• Email address
• Telephone number, where required for delivery

We are not responsible for avoidable delays, failed deliveries, additional costs, or replacement costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable information supplied by the customer, except where the information can reasonably be corrected before production or dispatch.

If a parcel is returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, additional production, return, or reshipping costs may apply unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Risk and ownership

Risk in the product passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Ownership passes after full payment has been received.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights that apply to consumers.

15. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds

Returns, damaged products, incorrect products, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, failed delivery, and the European Union right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights relating to conformity, defects, withdrawal, refunds, replacements, legal guarantees, or consumer protection.

16. European Union consumer rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have mandatory rights under EU consumer law, including rights relating to product conformity, defective goods, delivery, refunds, and the 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where required, withdrawal or cancellation options may be made available through our website, by email, or through any electronic withdrawal function provided for your region.

17. Customer information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, creating an account, contacting us, submitting a review, or exercising a legal right.

You are responsible for reviewing:

• Product selection
• Quantity
• Shipping address
• Billing information
• Email address
• Telephone number where required for delivery
• Any discount code or promotional offer applied at checkout

We may not be able to correct customer information after an order enters production or dispatch.

18. Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity carried out through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, unauthorised access, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.

19. Promotions, discounts, and gift offers

Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, gift offers, free-shipping offers, and similar promotions may be subject to additional terms shown at the time of the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders
• Only one discount may apply per order
• Promotions may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time
• Promotions may be limited by region, product, date, customer, or availability

We may refuse, cancel, or adjust an order if a promotion is misused, obtained fraudulently, or applied due to a technical error.

20. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, message, or other content, you confirm that:

• The content reflects your genuine experience
• You have the right to submit it
• You have permission from any person shown or identifiable in the content
• It does not infringe third-party rights
• It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful
• It does not contain private information about another person without permission
• It does not contain malware, spam, or commercial solicitation

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize, crop, edit for formatting, translate, distribute, and use submitted content for operating, reviewing, moderating, promoting, and marketing The Celestial Hours.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may remove, refuse, or moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or our brand standards.

We do not permit fake reviews, paid reviews that are not properly disclosed, or misleading testimonials.

21. Intellectual property

The Celestial Hours name, logo, visual identity, website text, product descriptions, collection names, layouts, photographs, mockups, branding, marketing materials, product presentation, selection, arrangement, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Arturo González García and are protected to the extent available under applicable law.

No intellectual-property right is transferred to you when you purchase a product.

You may display the purchased physical artwork for personal or ordinary decorative use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, or digitise the artwork for commercial use
• Manufacture or sell copies of the artwork
• Sell digital copies or downloadable versions
• Use the artwork in commercial products
• Use our brand assets as your own
• Use website content, product imagery, mockups, or descriptions commercially
• Remove, obscure, or misrepresent ownership or branding information
• Use our content in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation
• Scrape, extract, or copy website content at scale
• Use our content to train, develop, market, or build commercial systems, datasets, products, or services where prohibited by applicable law

22. Artificial intelligence and digital creation

Some artworks, images, or design assets may be created, enhanced, or assisted using digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools.

Regardless of the tools used, the website content, product presentation, brand identity, product descriptions, collection structure, mockups, marketing materials, and other protectable elements of The Celestial Hours may not be copied, reproduced, exploited, or misused except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

23. Prohibited use

You may not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• To interfere with security or website operation
• To introduce malware, spyware, bots, scraping tools, or harmful code
• To scrape, copy, harvest, or extract content or data at scale without permission

• To circumvent access, checkout, payment, consent, or security controls
• To test stolen payment methods
• To place orders for resale, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial reproduction without permission
• To use the website in a way that damages our business, customers, providers, or reputation

24. Third-party services

The website may use, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Gelato, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social networks, review tools, and external platforms.

Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, accuracy, or operation of a service that we do not control, except to the extent required by law.

25. Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and information accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available.

We may correct errors, update content, suspend features, restrict access, or carry out maintenance when reasonably necessary.

We may also update product descriptions, prices, images, availability, promotions, policies, or technical features at any time, subject to any rights that apply to orders already accepted.

26. Accessibility

We aim to make the website reasonably accessible and usable.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the website, contact us at contact@thecelestialhours.com and we will try to assist you.

27. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information and cookie choices are handled as described in those policies.

28. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or unforeseeable losses
• We are not liable for losses caused by improper use, installation, handling, storage, or display of a product
• We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost opportunities where the purchase was made as a consumer
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control
• Our liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater liability is required by law

This section does not affect any legal remedy you may have for damaged, defective, incorrect, non-conforming, or undelivered goods.

29. Indemnity for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, damages, claims, costs, and expenses caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity, misuse of payment methods, or material breach of these Terms.

This section does not apply where it would unlawfully limit mandatory consumer rights.

30. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemics, pandemics, government action, customs disruption, carrier disruption, production disruption, strikes, labour disputes, power failures, network failures, platform outages, supplier failures, or production-capacity interruptions.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material delays when appropriate.

31. Suspension or termination of access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, an account, or specific features where reasonably necessary to:

• Protect the website
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Investigate suspicious activity
• Enforce these Terms
• Protect customers, providers, or our business

32. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, security, operational, or business reasons.

The version in force at the time an order is accepted will generally govern that order, except where a change is required by mandatory law.

The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted, where possible, in a way that best reflects its original purpose while remaining valid and enforceable.

34. No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

35. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer our rights or obligations where reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, restructuring, or transfer of the website or business, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer protections.

36. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection available under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts or authorities determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where mandatory consumer law provides that right.

37. Consumer dispute resolution

Please contact us first if you have a problem with an order so that we can try to resolve it directly.

European Union consumers may have access to consumer advice bodies, alternative dispute resolution entities, or local consumer authorities in their country of residence.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued as of July 20, 2025, so we do not refer customers to that platform. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
