FIRST ORDER OFFER — PROMOTION TERMS

These Promotion Terms apply to the offer advertised as “15% off your first order”. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.
1. THE OFFER
Eligible customers receive a 15% discount on the eligible product subtotal of their first qualifying order placed through The Celestial Hours website.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout when the eligibility requirements are met. No promotional code is required.
2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
The offer is available to customers who have not previously completed an order with The Celestial Hours.
The offer is limited to one first-order discount per customer. We may use reasonable account, contact, payment, order, and delivery information to determine whether an order qualifies.
Creating another account, using another email address, or placing an order through another person does not create a new entitlement to the offer where the order is reasonably connected to a customer who has previously ordered from us.
Customers who have already completed an order are not eligible unless we expressly state otherwise.
3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
The offer applies to standard The Celestial Hours gallery-wrapped canvas artworks shown as eligible on the website at the time of purchase.
Gift cards, services, products expressly marked as excluded, and any future product category not identified as eligible are not included.
If an order contains both eligible and excluded products, the discount applies only to the eligible product subtotal.
4. AVAILABILITY
The offer is available in all markets and delivery destinations currently supported by the website.
The offer does not create or extend delivery availability to a country, region, postal code, or address that is not supported at checkout.
Available products, currencies, taxes, delivery destinations, and checkout options may vary according to the customer’s selected market and delivery address.
5. DISCOUNT CALCULATION
The discount is equal to 15% of the eligible product subtotal included in the qualifying first order.
The discount applies only to eligible product prices. It does not reduce taxes, delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, gift-card purchases, or other charges unless the website or checkout expressly states otherwise.
The complete order summary, discount, currency, taxes, delivery charges, and final amount payable are displayed at checkout before payment.
6. COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS
Unless we expressly state otherwise, the first-order discount cannot be combined with another promotional code, automatic product discount, order discount, or promotional shipping discount.
Standard free shipping offered as part of the normal purchasing conditions for a supported market is not treated as a separate promotional discount unless the website or checkout expressly states otherwise.
If Shopify or the checkout system prevents two offers from being combined, the customer may need to select the preferred eligible offer before completing payment.
7. PROMOTION PERIOD
The offer is currently provided for an indefinite period and will remain available until it is modified, suspended, or withdrawn.
No fixed end date currently applies.
We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer prospectively by updating the website and these Promotion Terms.
A modification or withdrawal will not reduce a valid discount already applied to an order that we have accepted, except where correction or cancellation is permitted by applicable law because of fraud, material misuse, or an obvious technical, checkout, pricing, or discount error.
8. ORDER REQUIREMENTS
- The order must be the customer’s first qualifying order with The Celestial Hours.
- The order must be placed directly through the website while the offer is available.
- Eligible products must remain in the cart when the order is submitted.
- The offer is subject to product availability and supported delivery destinations.
- The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to a previous order.
- The offer is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a gift card.
9. CANCELLED, RETURNED, OR REFUNDED ORDERS
Cancellations, damaged or defective items, incorrect orders, statutory conformity rights, withdrawal rights, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Any refund is calculated using the amount actually paid for the relevant product after the first-order discount.
If an order is cancelled before we accept it, it will not normally be treated as a completed first order.
If a qualifying first order has been accepted and is later cancelled, returned, or refunded, the first-order discount is not automatically restored or available for another order unless required by applicable law or expressly authorised by us.
If only part of an order is returned or refunded, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the affected product after allocation of the promotional discount and subject to mandatory consumer rights.
10. TECHNICAL, CHECKOUT, OR PRICING ERRORS
We take reasonable care to configure and display the offer accurately.
If an obvious technical, checkout, pricing, eligibility, or discount error occurs, we may correct the error before accepting the order or contact the customer to offer the correct promotional conditions or the option to cancel the affected order for a refund.
Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer right or allows us to change an accepted order where applicable law does not permit it.
11. MISUSE OF THE OFFER
We may refuse, correct, or cancel a promotional benefit obtained through fraud, unauthorised automation, manipulation of the checkout, duplicate or misleading customer information, multiple accounts or transactions intended to obtain the first-order discount more than once, or another material misuse of the offer.
Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.
12. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Promotion Terms do not limit any statutory guarantee, withdrawal right, refund right, conformity right, cancellation right, or other mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumers may have additional mandatory rights under the law of their country or state of residence.
13. CHANGES TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS
We may update these Promotion Terms to reflect changes to the offer, eligible products, checkout functionality, legal requirements, or business operations.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
